Where We Work

Foxtrot Developments is based in South Charleston and works across the Kanawha Valley and into Putnam County — from the capital city and the older river towns to the growing suburban communities to the west. Every area has its own housing stock and its own set of problems, so each city page below gets into what we actually see and fix there.
